The Tufts University Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership program invites you to join us for a virtual information session. Our program allows students to become the strong, informed, skilled leaders that can help create more inclusive organizations. To be an effective leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, you must understand the social contexts, historical legacies, and psychological processes that result in implicit bias, discrimination, and marginalization. In our programs, you will learn the scholarly theories and practical tools to implement institutional changes that promote diversity and foster inclusivity.
